What’s the shelf life of each product?

Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding clients?
We encourage Pros to recommend their clients to speak with their OB/GYN and dermatologist about which skincare products to use and avoid while pregnant. Everyone's pregnancy, symptoms, and potential risk factors are unique!
Are the soothing oils non-comedogenic?
All our products are designed to be lightweight and fast-absorbing. Nude and Vanilla Tangerline are 100% non-comedogenic. The Bermuda formula contains fractionated coconut oil and may not be ideal for acne-prone facial skin. Always remember to patch
Why is a scrub hardening or melting?
Because our Exfoliating Scrubs are made with natural ingredients (sugar and oils), the texture may change over time. Separation is normal and may cause the scrub to harden as the oil settles at the bottom. If this happens, store the jar upside down f
Why did my brightening product change colour?
A slight colour shift (often yellow/orange) is normal and caused by ingredient oxidation (like Tranexamic Acid or Vitamin C). It doesn’t affect product performance or safety.
Does Bushbalm have wax pots/warmers?
Not yet! Bushbalm PRO does not currently carry a wax pot/warmer, but our Product Team is working toward introducing professional tools in the future.
