Can my order be edited or cancelled after placing it?Updated 2 days ago

You can use our Order Editing tool to make changes to your order, such as adding or removing items, updating shipping details, changing your payment method, etc., within the first 30 minutes after placing it. You can find this under Order History in your account.

Cancellations are not available through this tool. If you need to cancel, please contact our Support Team right away, but this is only possible if your order has not yet entered our fulfillment process. Once a shipping label has been created, your order can no longer be cancelled or edited, even if it hasn't physically left the warehouse yet, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Our Support Team is available 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Since orders can enter fulfillment at any time, requests sent outside of these hours are less likely to reach us before that happens.

That said, for time-sensitive order issues, please use our Contact Form to reach the Support Team as quickly as possible.
