You can update how often your subscription ships at any time through your account.

1. Head to your Account page
2. Select “Manage Auto-Ship Plans”
3. Choose the subscription plan you’d like to update
4. Scroll to the “Auto-Ship Plan” section and click “Edit”
5. Select your preferred delivery frequency, then confirm your next shipment
6. Save your changes

Your subscription will automatically update to the new frequency you selected. All orders following your next shipment will follow this updated schedule.
