How do I swap/add products in my subscription?Updated 20 days ago
There are two different ways to adjust what's in your Bushbeads subscription, and it's worth knowing which one you need.
Adding to your next order only
Under "Add to your next order," you can add extra products to your upcoming shipment. This is a one-time addition; it applies to your next order only, and your subscription will continue with your original product afterward.
- Head to your Account page
- Select "Manage Auto-Ship Plans"
- Choose your subscription
- Add any product you'd like to include under "Add to your next order"
- Select "Add One-time"
Changing your subscription case pack
To permanently change your Bushbeads case pack for all future orders, edit the subscription product itself:
- Head to your Account page
- Select "Manage Auto-Ship Plans"
- Choose your Bushbeads subscription
- Select "Edit" on your subscription product under "Auto-Ship details"
- Choose your preferred case pack from the dropdown (for example, 10, 20, or 50 Units)
- Select "Confirm swap"
This updates your ongoing subscription so that every future order will use the new case pack.
