If you'd like to place a Bushbalm Pro order using Afterpay, there’s an important step to keep in mind: Avoid using ShopPay during checkout.

ShopPay is designed to accelerate your checkout process, automatically applying your saved payment method — which can unintentionally bypass the option to select Afterpay.

To use Afterpay at checkout:

1. Log out of ShopPay or choose to check out as a guest.
   

2. Proceed through checkout normally.

3. Select Afterpay as your payment method at the final step.

Important note about currency:

All transactions processed through Afterpay on the Bushbalm Pro site are charged in USD, regardless of your shipping location. If you're a Canadian Pro, don't worry — the USD amount reflects the equivalent CAD value based on current exchange rates.

Troubleshooting tip:
If you don't see Afterpay as an option, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then start the checkout process again.
