Why Did My Club Bare Points Expire?Updated a month ago

Club Bare points expire on a rolling 12-month basis if there has been no purchase activity on your account. To keep your points active, you must place an order at least once every 12 months.

Here's how it works,

• If you place an order today, your points will remain active for 12 months from today.

• If you don’t place another order within 12 months, all of your unredeemed points will expire, regardless of when they were earned.

• Each new purchase resets your expiration timeline. For example, if your next order is placed on January 2, 2026, your new expiration date will be January 2, 2027.

Important: Only placing an order counts toward resetting your expiration timeline. Earning points through referrals, reviews, or other activities does not prevent expiration.
