Since our scrubs are made with natural sugar and oils, some separation is totally normal! Over time, the sugar can dry out and harden if the oil settles.

To fix this, store the jar upside down for 24 hours to help re-saturate the sugar, then give it a good stir. To maintain the texture, keep the jar upside down & tightly sealed and avoid introducing water, as added moisture can dissolve the sugar and affect the consistency.
