How do I manage my subscription(s)?Updated 21 days ago
Managing your wax subscription is simple and can be done directly through your Bushbalm PRO account.
- Navigate to your Account Dashboard
- Select "Manage Auto-Ship Plans"
- Select the subscription you’d like to manage
From there, you’ll see several options:
Order Now
Process your next order immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled date. Ideal if you’re running low and need to restock quickly.
Example:
If your subscription is set to every 30 days and your next order is scheduled for April 20, selecting Order Now will process your order right away. Your next order will then be scheduled for 30 days from today’s date.
Skip
Skip your next scheduled order entirely. Your subscription will automatically resume the following cycle.
Example:
If your subscription is set to every 30 days and your next order is April 20, skipping it means your next order will be May 20 (30 days after the skipped date).
Re-Schedule
Select an exact new date for your upcoming order using a date picker. Your subscription will continue from this new date, and future orders will be recalculated accordingly. Best for precise scheduling.
Example:
If your subscription is set to every 30 days and your next order is April 20, and you reschedule it to April 25, your next order will be April 25, and future orders will follow every 30 days from that date (e.g., May 25).
Delay
Quickly push your next order using preset time options (e.g., +7 days, +14 days). This is a fast way to postpone without choosing a specific date. Your schedule will then continue from the delayed date.
Example:
If your subscription is set to every 30 days and your next order is April 20, delaying it by 7 days will move it to April 27. Your future orders will then follow every 30 days from April 27 (e.g., May 27).
Note: If a delay is applied, any previously skipped upcoming orders are no longer considered. Your subscription timeline will be recalculated based on the new delayed date.
