If your 6-digit code hasn't arrived, try these steps:

1. Give it a minute. Codes usually arrive within a minute or two, but email can occasionally lag.
2. Check your spam or junk folder. The code comes from [email protected], so add that address to your contacts to make sure future codes land in your inbox.
3. Confirm your email. Make sure you entered the email associated with your Bushbalm PRO account, with no typos. A code will only be sent to the email on file.
4. Request a new one. Codes expire 15 minutes after they're requested, so if yours is old or missing, head back to the login page and request a fresh code.
