I think my order is stuck in transit - what do I do?Updated a month ago
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, here's what to do.
First, give it a little time
Tracking doesn't always update in real time, and packages often start moving on their own. First, check your order against our normal "What is your shipping timeline?" window, as anything within that timeframe isn't considered delayed. Common reasons for a pause:
- Weekends and holidays (fewer carrier scans)
- Peak seasons (busier carrier networks)
- A missed scan, even though it's still on its way
When to reach out
If it's been more than 5 business days after shipment with no movement, email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will take care of you.
What happens next
Often the package just starts moving again. If it turns out to be genuinely stuck or lost, we may offer a conditional reshipment to get your products to you. See "Conditional reshipments: how they work" for the details and terms.
