Not to worry. This happens when a renewed certificate hasn't been uploaded yet. Upload your current tax exemption certificate to your portal, and once it's approved, email the Bushbalm PRO team at [email protected]. We'll refund the tax on your last order.

One note: your certificate must have been valid at the time the order was placed for the refund to apply.
